The mission of the Black Appalachian Coalition (BLAC) is to build a multi-state campaign that amplifies black voices, dismantles the colonized narrative of Appalachia, and uses story-based strategies and solutions that center the voices and lived experience of Black Appalachians.
Black Men Build (BMB) is a grassroots membership organization whose mission is to give Black Men and their families all the tools necessary to become a powerful organized political force for liberation. We recruit, develop, and organize Black Men in ways that no other organization is doing with a commitment to love, grace, accountability, and power. We are bringing Black men into the movement for racial, gender, and social justice through healing, power-building campaigns, and political education.
We envision a city that steers resources to ensure that ALL Columbus City Schools are welcoming, equitable learning communities where ALL students, staff, and families can do more than survive – they can thrive. Through our work with the Columbus Education Justice Coalition, we will bring awareness that engages our community to advocate for and to provide solutions to the various issues plaguing the Columbus City School system.
Gem City Action is dedicated to building a more inclusive and equitable Dayton by advocating for human rights, supporting marginalized groups, and promoting social justice. Our mission is to create safe spaces, uplift underrepresented voices, and engage in grassroots activism to build a stronger, more connected community.

NEOCH exists to eliminate the root causes of homelessness while loving our diverse community through organizing, advocacy, education, and street outreach.
Ohio Immigrant Alliance is a group of Ohio immigrants and U.S. born citizens working together to protect the dignity and rights of all individuals who choose to make Ohio their home — regardless of race, religion, gender expression, age, ability, and citizenship status.
Ohio Working Families Party is a grassroots organization building power for the multiracial working class that has been doing work in Ohio since 2017.
